Theme of the month is: CLEANSING

The end of winter and beginning of Spring is a favorable time for cleansing both the body and the mind.

This month in class, we will focus on twisting poses and pranayamas or breathing exercises such as kapalabhati and agni sara.

We also encourage students alone with their practice to start the day with warm lemon water and a touch of apple cider vinegar and to eliminate clogging foods such as meat, processed foods, sodas and sugars.
